Job summary

Heritage Bank NA seeks a detail-oriented Loan Services Banking Specialist to blend loan servicing expertise with frontline branch support. This in-branch role serves customers in Spicer, Pennock, Raymond, or Willmar, providing on-site staffing and handling servicing tasks throughout the day.

You will manage consumer, commercial, agricultural, and mortgage loans, process payments, set up automatic payments, and support customers across deposits, transfers, and digital tools while upholding bank

Qualifications

Experience with loan servicing, operations, or administration.
Knowledge of consumer, commercial, agricultural, and mortgage loan products.
Familiarity with banking regulations and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Process and balance loan servicing tasks for consumer, commercial, agricultural, and mortgage loans.
Handle loan advances, payments, payoffs, modifications, renewals, and maintenance requests.
Set up and monitor automatic payments, ACH transfers, and escrow activity.
Process collateral releases, lien satisfactions, and related documentation.
Monitor loan exceptions and complete quality control reviews.
Support special loan programs (SBA, USDA, FSA) and regulatory reporting.
