Job summary

Tower Loan is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Forest, MS. This on-site, full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service, building customer relationships, and guiding clients to suitable financial solutions.

You will receive and process payments, balance cash drawers, and support loan applications while maintaining accurate records. Required is a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; preferred is prior cash handling, sales, or customer service

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Preferred experience in cash handling, sales, or customer service.

Responsibilities

Cultivate customer relationships by delivering excellent service and promoting financial solutions.
Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
Balance and secure cash drawers; handle deposits accurately.
Perform office administration: mail, filing, supplies.
Process loan applications and collect payments due.
Perform other duties as assigned.
