Job summary

Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional service and build trusted relationships with customers in an on-site branch. You will process loan payments, promote suitable financial solutions, and support daily branch operations.

The role offers a steady schedule Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with possible extended hours including Saturdays, and includes performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Cash handling, sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and accounting activities, including balancing and preparing deposits.
• Execute office administrative activities, including checking branch mail, filing, purchasing office supplies, etc.
