LoanMax Title Loans is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Jackson, MS to be the first contact for borrowers and customers. You will answer inquiries, evaluate loan eligibility, and manage accounts while delivering professional, timely support.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, dependability, and a positive attitude. Full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturday shifts, no Sunday work, with benefits after 91 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
• Clear communication skills and professional writing are essential.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries about loan products and services.
• Evaluate vehicle eligibility and explain loan terms to customers.
• Manage customer accounts, track loan status, and process payments.
• Maintain daily communication via phone, email, and in person; provide updates and courteous follow-up.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and friendly customer service and support.
• Enter data and update customer records in the system.
• File and maintain documentation for loans and payments.
• Process loan applications and assist in approval steps.
• Sort and distribute mail and packages; manage office supplies for daily operations.
