OneMain Financial seeks a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access affordable financing for life’s expenses. You will engage clients through multiple channels, guide them through loan options, and work toward branch goals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and results toward goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships with customers through loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers and departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
