The position is on-site, with a schedule Monday–Friday and occasional extended hours. Competitive compensation includes base pay plus incentives, reflecting individual and branch performance across a nationwide customer base.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred; strong communication in both languages.
• Experience in sales, collections or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands with timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and delivering results for branch goals.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process and offer tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle including collections while complying with laws and policies.
• Use multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-house systems) to assist customers.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve goals and support team success.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
