Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• On-site branch office work is essential; work from home is not allowed.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Ability to analyze information and apply judgment.
• Strong interpersonal relationships across diverse settings.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Be action- and results-focused; strong communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products and services to meet branch goals and customer expectations.
• Market branch offerings to customers and potential customers.
• Make collection calls to arrange payments.
• Originate new loans with new and existing customers.
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
• Ensure customer information is correct and interactions are documented.
• Meet or exceed branch and individual goals.
• Dialog with customers to identify and respond to needs promptly.
• Build internal and external relationships.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and privileged information.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Pursue personal development and knowledge of all 1FFC products.
