Collaborate with the Branch Manager and staff to build relationships, identify loan opportunities, and drive an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires onsite work at the branch, travel as needed, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
On-site branch work is essential; no work from home.
Travel, including overnight travel, is required.
Licensing requirements for States and Federal regulators must be met.
Ability to analyze information and apply judgment.
Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across varied settings.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Proficient with MS Office Suite.
Possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Recommend products and services to support branch sales goals and customer expectations.
Market branch products and services to customers and prospects.
Conduct collection calls to arrange payment.
Originate new loans with new and existing customers.
Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
Ensure customer information is correct and document interactions.
Meet or exceed branch and individual goals.
Interact with customers to identify needs and respond promptly.
Build internal and external relationships.
Maintain customer confidentiality and comply with policies.
Adhere to all 1FFC policies and procedures.
Comply with State and Federal regulations.
Participate in personal development.
Demonstrate knowledge of all 1FFC products.
Seek additional opportunities and responsibilities.
