In the Role

• Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement, achieving individual and branch goals.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships by engaging throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage the lifecycle of loans, including collections activities, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate and inform customers about optional insurance products, ensuring they understand the loans, terms, and options available.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred:

• Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Location: On-site.

The schedule is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours and potential Saturday work as needed.
