This is a remote position for candidates located outside of the Denver metro surrounding area (over 1 hour commute). We are currently unable to consider candidates located in the following states: California, Oregon, New York, Illinois, Washington, District of Columbia or Outside the United States.

Loan Specialist - Sales (range $36k - $70k)

ABOUT US:

The Savings Group is an innovative FinTech company that is powering finance in the age of mobility. We function as a virtual Finance & Insurance office, finding our customers the perfect lender for their car loan or refinance. This means we're able to solidify our customers' auto loans prior to going to the dealership, and our marketplace of lenders ensures they get the lowest rate available.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Loan Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinance solutions. You will deliver superior customer service, respond to inquiries that are already approved for the refinance, and offer additional finance and coverage options to enhance the customer experience.

You will structure loans, pitch optional coverages, manage the loan process to ensure funding, prepare documents, contact borrowers, and track all signing and documentation steps.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
  • Six-figure earning potential with hourly/salary plus uncapped commissions. Average Loan Specialists earn $70-80k/year, top performers exceed $150k+.
  • This position starts as hourly ($17.31/hour) with overtime and higher commissions for the first three months.
  • After three months, transition to salary with a tiered commission system.
  • More leads and higher earning potential based on performance.
  • 2 weeks training, paid time off, holidays, 401K with match, health benefits.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
  • Engage with customers, understand needs, and provide tailored auto finance options.
  • Facilitate loan applications, ensure documentation accuracy, and coordinate with supporting departments.
  • Achieve daily outbound call targets (60+ calls, 3-5 hours talk time).
  • Maintain product knowledge, develop sales skills, and handle objections.
  • Guide customers through signing documents, follow up, and ensure loan funding.
  • Ensure quality and compliance, collaborate with team members, and manage your pipeline.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We seek energetic, adaptable individuals from diverse backgrounds such as customer service, automotive, call centers, or sales. Experience is beneficial but not mandatory; attitude and versatility are valued.

WHAT YOU NEED:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
  • Fluent English, strong communication skills, ability to build relationships.
  • Basic math skills, organization, and independence.
  • Analytical and reasoning skills, attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM systems preferred.
