Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new connections and maintain ongoing relationships with customers throughout the loan process, offering tailored solutions.
• Manage the lifecycle of loans, including collections activities, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement and a goal-oriented mindset to drive results.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring understanding of loans, terms, and options.
