You will guide customers through the loan lifecycle on-site, from initial contact to funding, while maintaining compliance and delivering tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and drive results for branch goals.
• Develop connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers through the loan process and lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Exhibit passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
