OneMain Financial Group is seeking Loan Sales Specialists to empower customers with friendly, fast, and affordable financing. The role rewards dedication and hard work, with opportunities for professional development and advancement in a dynamic environment.

Team members handle loan processes from initial contact through completion, delivering tailored solutions while maintaining compliance. The position is on-site with standard hours Monday–Friday and some extended days, including Saturdays

Formación

• Bilingual Spanish required or preferred.
• Experience in sales, collections or customer service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands for timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and delivering results toward branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships through the loan process.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with customers across phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion and a goal-oriented drive to achieve targets.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
