Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Multitask effectively to meet the dynamic needs of the role and ensure timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate a results-driven mindset and goal-oriented approach to success.
• Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms to ensure understanding of options.
