• Manage loan life cycle including collections activities while complying with laws and regulations.
• Use multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-house systems) to engage customers and other departments.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
