Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation.
• Process payments, updates, and documentation in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and handle cash and deposits.
• Balance cash and perform bank runs as required.
