Job summary

AgWest Farm Credit is seeking a Loan Specialist I or II to join the Credit Resolution Team in Spokane, Washington. This full-time role supports distressed accounts, performs credit activities, and assists with loan documentation and risk review. The position reports to the VP, Operations and offers a base salary with a 6% incentive target.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer lending, banking, or related field.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports and documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit activities and provide administrative support to service distressed accounts and high-profile loans.
• Assist account team with financial and loan input documents, verify customer information, and complete credit investigations.
• Process customer transactions including checks and receipts and respond to inquiries.
• Utilize MS Office 365 and maintain digital files with confidentiality and security.
