Job summary

AgWest Farm Credit is seeking a Relationship Manager I, II or III to join our Credit Resolution Team in Pendleton, Oregon or Pasco, Washington. The role focuses on timely correction and collection of adversely classified loans through proactive service and management.

Responsibilities include managing the loan portfolio, analyzing complex financials, providing sound credit recommendations, and negotiating terms with borrowers. Travel up to 15% may be required as part of this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and interpret increasingly complex financial statements, loan documents and collateral documents.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned loan portfolio, primarily adversely classified production agriculture accounts, ensuring timely servicing and resolution of delinquencies or defaults.
• Analyze and service larger loan relationships with increasing complexity and risk profile.
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis resulting in sound credit recommendations.
• Make quality credit decisions within delegated authority.
• Maintain effective relationship management and negotiate terms with assigned accounts.
