Job summary

AgWest Farm Credit is seeking a Loan Specialist I or II to join the Idaho Lending and Insurance department in Nampa. This full-time role supports origination, disbursement, and servicing of customer loans under the guidance of the Director, Operations.

The base salary ranges for Level I and II in Nampa, Idaho allow for a competitive compensation with a 6% incentive target of base salary, plus relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in handling customer and financial information.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and software applications simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with multiple software programs used in lending processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties including typing correspondence, electronic filings, and greeting customers.
• Enter and maintain customer and financial information for loan generation and servicing.
• Conduct due diligence on loan applicants, including documents, credit, employment, and assets.
