Job summary

AgWest Farm Credit seeks a Relationship Manager I, II or III to join the Credit Resolution Team in Pendleton, OR or Pasco, WA. You will oversee a loan portfolio, perform financial analysis, and collaborate with lending staff to resolve delinquencies and manage risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Generally, requires at least two years' progressively complex professional experience in banking or credit.
• Ability to understand financial statements, loan documents and collateral documents.
• Knowledge of bankruptcy and foreclosure processes and laws.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned loan portfolio, primarily adversely classified production agriculture accounts, ensuring timely servicing and resolution.
• Analyze larger loan relationships, monitor performance and prepare high quality credit packages.
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support credit recommendations and risk mitigation.
• Make credit decisions to ensure proper loan administration within delegated authority.
• Maintain effective relationship management and negotiate terms with accounts and customers.
• Establish valuations of real estate, personal property and other collateral using pricing models.
