Job summary

AgWest Farm Credit is seeking a Relationship Manager I or II for its Arizona Lending and Insurance department in Safford. This full-time role supports high-quality credit and related services for customers across the seven-state Farm Credit System footprint.

Compensation includes a base salary range of $66,200–$99,900 (Level I) or $72,600–$125,200 (Level II) with an annual incentive target of 12–15% of base; relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Analyzing financial statements and creditworthiness.
• Building rapport with customers and prospects to grow loan portfolios.
• Assessing and documenting visits to customers’ operations for loan collateral.
• Supporting credit decisions and loan administration.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell loans and related services; establish rapport with customers.
• Visit customers’ operations to observe collateral value and management practices.
• Make quality credit decisions to ensure a high-quality loan portfolio.
• Monitor loan performance and service assigned accounts to maximize return.
• Prepare credit analyses and present recommendations to supervisor or loan committee.
• Gather financial information through interviews and by reviewing financial statements and tax records.
• Assist in credit investigations including public records and verification.
• Participate in loan closings ensuring proper documentation.
• Implement sales/servicing plans coordinating with credit analysts.
• Communicate with teams to ensure timely transfers between portfolio groups.
• Represent the organization and participate in agricultural groups and events.
• Perform duties in accordance with policies and internal controls.
• Other duties as assigned.
