Simmons Bank in Houston, TX, seeks a Consumer Client Specialist to support bankers by servicing, maintaining and updating loan documentation and files. This role involves substantial interaction with new and current customers and requires excellent customer service and proactive communication.

You will coordinate loan documentation, review for compliance, coordinate execution and renewals, and assist in funding construction disbursements when needed.

Competenze

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 2–4 years of loan experience.
• Ability to review and compile loan documentation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive and organized with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and banking systems.

Mansioni

• Manage moderate to high volume of loans efficiently.
• Prepare and review loan documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate loan documentation execution and renewals.
• Resolve documentation exceptions and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist bankers with client communication and data gathering.
• Monitor reports and address past due loans and issues.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Manager for funding disbursements.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with Loan Admin, CIS, and other departments.
• Open new accounts and perform account maintenance in certain markets.
• Other duties as assigned.
