Responsibilities

• Perform next-day verification of loan data for accuracy and consistency with supporting documentation.
• Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with bank policies.
• Identify, document, track, and clear loan documentation and policy exceptions.
• Verify required loan documents are completed, executed, and included in the loan file.
• Review data entry for accuracy and consistency with approved loan terms.
• Assist with mortgage processing and approval by verifying documentation.
• Review and process loan modifications, including verification of approval and system data.
• Index loan documents in the electronic filing system for easy access.
• Process adverse action notices accurately and timely per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control findings and follow up on exceptions.
• Communicate discrepancies to lenders/loan operations for resolution.
• Assist with audits, examinations, and other quality control reviews.
