Job summary

You will work with loan officers and processors to resolve discrepancies, review title commitments, UCC filings, and support timely funding of commercial and consumer loans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement; alternative: 3+ years in commercial loan processing or document prep.
• Experience in loan documentation review or preparation is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess compliance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial real estate loan docs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Perform quality control on loan files for commercial and consumer loans.
• Analyze approvals, appraisals, title, flood, and insurance documents.
• Verify terms against final documents and ensure lien perfection (UCC filings, mortgages).
• Conduct due diligence (UCC searches, entity verification, good standing).
• Identify exceptions or risks in title commitments and resolve discrepancies with staff.
• Approve high-value wire transactions with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and federal/state regulations.
• Manage a high-volume loan pipeline with fast turnaround.
