Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processing Manager to lead workflow improvements from application to closing. You will partner with teams to turn ideas into results, creating efficiencies for clients and teammates.

You will mentor staff across origination, processing, underwriting and closing, while ensuring SLA targets are met and processes stay compliant. You will apply Lean methodologies, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement, with deep knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mortgage operations experience.
• 2+ years of project management or training experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan products.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, train, and provide guidance to managers, analysts and staff on origination, processing, underwriting and closing processes.
• Monitors file flow to ensure SLA's are consistently met or exceeded.
• Manage and redistribute workload to maintain service levels and customer experience.
• Perform root cause analysis and identify indicators of process performance for improvement.
• Identify opportunities within operations and implement processes to leverage them.
• Plan, perform, and implement process improvements and initiatives.
• Diagram and evaluate existing processes and controls.
• Organize, lead, and facilitate change communication across cross-functional teams.
• Develop metrics for process measurement and future improvement opportunities.
• Review and update Mortgage Policies and Procedures as necessary.
