Job summary

BankTennessee is seeking a Loan Processor in Collierville, TN, to prepare and process all bank loan types and ensure complete, accurate documentation for closings. The role requires obtaining, verifying, and organizing information per lending policies and regulatory requirements, reporting to the Loan Processing Manager.

Key duties include ordering and tracking documents, coordinating closings with lenders and attorneys, and maintaining strict adherence to TRID, HMDA, flood insurance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in loan processing or related banking field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process all bank loan types.
• Disclose properly within stated regulatory guidelines.
• Order and track supporting documentation (flood certifications, appraisals/evaluations, title work, UCC searches, payoffs).
• Coordinate loan closing with Lender, Borrower, Attorneys, and other parties.
• Process loan documents according to Bank Loan Policy; review before closing.
• Identify professional development opportunities and provide feedback.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and laws.
