Responsibilities

• Act as SME for the loan operations team and assign daily tasks.
• Support branches in analyzing, evaluating, documenting, and closing loan requests.
• Provide guidance on inquiries and processing issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and monthly management reports.
• Ensure compliance with FNB risk management program and policies.
• Assist management and branch managers as needed.
