Reports To: Supervisor of Loan Operations
This position is primarily responsible for performing various duties to support the servicing functions of loan operations, coordinating work within the department and with other departments and reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor. The incumbent is responsible for responding to inquiries or requests for information and maintaining the security of the department and account information.
Prepares closing documents and modifications for small business and commercial loans and is measured against established volume levels, reviews request for compliance with Bank policy and procedure and advises Lenders or Underwriters of deficiencies. Executes all aspects of loan servicing, including escrow accounts, remittance and reporting, posts payments for participated loans, maintains SWAP loans base on established procedures and defines time lines with all functions meeting compliance requirements, timely recording of financial entries and customer satisfaction. Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the unit or department as well as with other units and departments in order to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information. Writes job procedures for assigned duties for final approval by immediate supervisor. Performs a post closing review of new commercial loans for compliance to Bank policies and procedures as measured against established average volumes. Responds to inquiries or requests from customers and other company personnel within given time frames and within established policy. Processes document requests from various service providers. Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule. Compiles information as necessary or as directed and provides data to appropriate company personnel. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B. Corporation's risk management program.
