F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Loan Operations Representative to handle closing documents, loan servicing, and related processing in our Operations unit. You will ensure compliance with bank policies, coordinate tasks with multiple teams, and support timely customer-facing activities.

The role emphasizes accuracy, documentation quality, and teamwork. Candidates should have strong communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented; able to use a PC and job-related software; knowledge of loan documentation policies and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares closing documents and modifications for small business and commercial loans and reviews requests for compliance with Bank policy.
• Executes all aspects of loan servicing, including escrow accounts, remittance and reporting, posts payments for participated loans, and maintains SWAP loans per procedures.
• Coordinates work tasks with other personnel and units to ensure smooth information flow and timely reporting.
• Writes job procedures for assigned duties for final approval by supervisor.
• Performs a post closing review of new commercial loans for compliance with Bank policies.
