You will collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to align with regulatory expectations, maintain a centralized repository, and drive governance. BA/BS and 5 years' experience required; strong MS Excel/Word and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in procedure writing, documentation, or banking operations.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Word proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive policies, SOPs, and process guides for enterprise-wide Loan Operations.
• Partner with SMEs to gather requirements, validate content, and reflect current practices and controls.
• Support standardized documentation formats, naming conventions, and governance.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and aligns with regulatory expectations (OCC, CFPB, FFIEC).
• Maintain centralized repository, version control, and governance schedules.
• Leverage AI tools to improve quality, consistency, searchability, and UX.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
