Responsibilities

• Prepares closing documents and modifications for small business and commercial loans; ensures compliance with Bank policies.
• Executes all aspects of loan servicing including escrow accounts, remittance and reporting; posts payments for participated loans.
• Coordinates tasks within the unit and with other departments; writes procedures for assigned duties for supervisor approval.
• Performs post-closing review of new commercial loans for compliance with policies and procedures.
