• Executes all aspects of loan servicing including escrow accounts, remittance and reporting.
• Posts payments for participated loans and maintains SWAP loans following procedures.
• Coordinates tasks with unit/department to ensure smooth information flow.
• Writes procedures for assigned duties for supervisor approval.
• Performs post-closing review of new commercial loans for compliance.
• Responds to customer and staff inquiries within policy timeframes.
• Compiles information and provides data to appropriate personnel.
• Supports risk management as part of the department's program.
