Responsibilities

• Prepares closing documents and modifications for SBA loans and commercial loans.
• Executes loan servicing tasks: escrow, remittance, reporting, and posting payments.
• Coordinates work across units and writes procedures for assigned duties.
• Performs post-closing review for compliance with bank policies.
• Responds to inquiries from customers and internal staff; provides data as requested.
