• Prepares closing documents and modifications for small business and commercial loans and reviews for compliance with Bank policy.
• Executes all aspects of loan servicing, including escrow accounts, remittance and reporting, posts payments for participated loans.
• Coordinates tasks with unit/department staff to ensure smooth information flow.
• Writes job procedures for assigned duties and gets final approval from supervisor.
• Performs post closing review of new commercial loans for compliance with policies.
• Responds to inquiries from customers and internal staff within policy timeframes.
• Processes document requests from service providers.
• Reports information to supervisor or on established schedules.
• Compiles information and provides data to relevant personnel.
• Performs other related duties as needed.
• All employees act as risk managers per the bank's risk management program.
