First Bank is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist II in St. Louis, MO to accurately board Commercial, Consumer, and Business Banking loans and manage complex servicing tasks.

The role covers documentation review, discrepancy resolution, and coordination with internal partners to ensure timely boarding and ongoing servicing accuracy. The position supports SOFR-based products, disbursements, wire activity, and back-end servicing functions with an emphasis on compliance and quality control.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3+ years banking experience and/or loan service training.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency; 10-key calculator by touch required.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary specialist for boarding new and renewed loans, ensuring terms, structures, collateral, interest calculations, and data are accurate.
• Review loan documentation to validate completeness and accuracy prior to boarding.
• Identify and resolve documentation, funding, and setup discrepancies before activation.
• Coordinate with lenders and internal partners to obtain missing information and facilitate timely boarding.
• Perform quality control reviews of boarded loans to ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Process and maintain SOFR-based loan accounts, rate changes, rollovers, and related servicing activities.
• Administer loan participations, including setup, maintenance, funding, and servicing functions.
• Process loan disbursements, funding transactions, and wire transfers.
