Job summary

Stifel is seeking a Commercial Servicing Associate II to support onboarding and servicing of commercial loans onsite at the Creve Coeur, MO office. You will collaborate with Loan Coordinators to ensure timely closings and accurate payments.

The role requires regulatory awareness, MS Word/Excel/Outlook proficiency, and the ability to handle complex situations while mentoring junior teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Effective communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard commercial loans into the loan system for various lending verticals.
• Work with Loan Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate daily loan closings.
• Process incoming payments with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Agent Banks to resolve discrepancies.
• Process advance requests and submissions to wire department.
• Handle conversion and rate change requests.
• Assist with imaging loan documents and daily activity.
• Support more complex situations and mentor less-experienced staff.
