Stifel Financial Corp. is seeking a Commercial Servicing Associate II to provide onboarding and loan servicing support onsite at our Creve Coeur, MO office.

The role requires handling loan onboarding, closings Timeliness, payments, wires, and documentation processing as part of a busy servicing team. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and solid proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Effective communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Proficiency with standard office software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Onboard commercial loans into the loan system for various lending verticals.
• Collaborate with Loan Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate daily closings.
• Process incoming payments while ensuring payment accuracy.
• Coordinate with Agent Banks to resolve discrepancies.
• Process advance requests and submit to the wire department.
• Handle conversion and rate change requests.
• Assist with imaging loan documents and daily activity.
• Support colleagues with more complex issues.
