Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, and/or Finance - preferred.
• Two or more years of customer service experience or loan experience - preferred.
• Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Upload loans to the core platform.
• Work reports.
• Assist with folding and filing of documents as needed.
• Answer group phone calls from customers and branches.
• Provide any necessary assistance to loan administration staff or customers.
• Be knowledgeable about and cross sell all First Bank and Trust products and services.
