Job summary

Western Alliance Bank seeks a Loan Operations Administrator II to support accurate, compliant loan operations. You will perform monthly account certifications, daily reconciliations, and monitor invoices while ensuring regulatory compliance and portfolio integrity.

You will analyze processes, resolve issues, and provide responsive service to internal and external stakeholders, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work overtime and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus three (3) years of banking or financial services experience.
• One to three (1-3) years of experience in lending activities, terminology, products and services.
• One to three (1-3) years of work experience in loan operations activities and terminology.
• One to three (1-3) years of knowledge of applicable state and federal banking compliance regulations and Bank lending policies.
• Advanced PC skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations and certifications for various loan activity.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• Monitor reports and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of all records and data.
• Provide effective customer service and resolve issues within authority.
• Use computer systems to process loan activity and resolve issues.
