The role focuses on processing daily loan transactions, including closings, advances, payments, wires, rate resets, and related activities, while coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure compliant and efficient operations. Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end syndicated loan process including deal review and regulatory compliance.
• Review documents and input in core system; manage administrative details and KYC/OFAC/BO checks.
• Support daily syndicated loan transactions: advances, payments, wires, rollovers, rate resets, L/Cs, FX, SWAPs.
• Coordinate with agent banks, investors, and internal partners to facilitate loan closings.
• Maintain accurate account information and documentation; ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
