Qualifications

• Two years of banking and loan support experience preferred.
• Back-office loan processing and documentation accuracy required.
• Ability to handle mortgage mailing and county filings.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update new loans, portfolios, and modifications for accuracy.
• Mail mortgages and titles for county filings on time.
• Assist loan officers with holds and wire transfer paperwork.
• Prepare checks for new loans and file UCCs.
• Coordinate imaging of loan documents.
• Manage collateral filings, including UCCs and renewals.
• Track flood insurance, set reminders, and manage force placement.
• Provide backup to the Loan Administration Specialist.
