Job summary

Security Bank of Kansas City seeks a Loan Administration Assistant to support Loan Officers in the Commercial Banking department. You will manage loan documents, coordinate with lenders, and ensure accuracy and timely closings while complying with internal policies.

The role requires diligence, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and loan systems. You will interact with customers and vendors, helping maintain complete and organized loan files in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of C&I lending structures and collateral tracking.
• Understanding of CRE lending processes and documentation.
• Ability to review and validate loan documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan requests with lenders.
• Obtain credit information and organize loan documents.
• Verify loan documents for accuracy prior to closing.
• Process loan disbursements and sink into files with compliance.
