Job summary

You will leverage leads and in-house support to manage expectations and deliver accurate findings. Key responsibilities include assessing applications, recommending products, and coordinating with underwriters and processing teams to achieve timely approvals while building lasting client

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in financial services.
• Current NMLS Loan Officer license.
• Strong understanding of loan products, underwriting, and industry compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications by reviewing credit reports, financial documents, and client goals.
• Recommend appropriate loan products based on client eligibility and financial situation.
• Guide clients through the entire loan process, ensuring a smooth and informed experience.
• Verify documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and support teams to drive timely approvals.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of lending guidelines, market conditions, and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and referral business.
