Job summary

West Capital Lending, Inc. is seeking a proactive Loan Officer to guide clients through the financing process from initial consultation to closing.

You will assess financial data, present suitable loan options, and coordinate with underwriters and processors to secure timely approvals. Strong communication and compliance knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in financial services.
• Current Loan Officer license (NMLS).
• Strong understanding of loan products, underwriting, and industry compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess financial data and determine creditworthiness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
