Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support loan officers in daily duties and help increase loan production. You will work directly with CCM customers, officers, and processors to ensure a smooth experience and timely closings.

The role emphasizes reviewing applications, disclosures, and documentation, with a focus on accuracy, communication, and timely follow-up to keep loans moving forward.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year of mortgage-related experience with customer contact.
• Sales support experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong prioritization and time management; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documents.
• Deliver disclosures and rec disclosures to borrowers.
• Review loan files and highlight deficiencies for follow-up.
• Provide clerical and phone support to loan officers/processors.
• Help manage a pipeline of various loan types and schedule closings.
