Security National Financial Corporation is seeking a full-time Loan Officer Assistant in Atlanta, GA. The role supports loan officers by gathering and reviewing documents, communicating with clients, and preparing files for processing and underwriting.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, familiarity with Encompass or similar mortgage software, strong attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous experience in a loan processing or administrative role, preferably in the mortgage industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage processing software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and loan processing procedures is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist loan officers in gathering and reviewing loan application documents.
• Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information and provide updates on loan status.
• Prepare and organize loan files for processing and underwriting.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate the loan approval process.
• Respond to inquiries from clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to mortgage lending.
