Responsibilities

• Order and track third-party items (VOEs, appraisals, title work).
• Calculate income using pay stubs, W-2s, tax returns, and other documents.
• Confirm assets and liabilities against applications and supporting docs.
• Monitor credit activity and ensure documentation matches inputs.
• Coordinate closings and maintain accurate records in mortgage systems.
• Provide timely updates to borrowers, loan officers, and referral partners.
