Job summary

World Finance Corporation of Illinois is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, assist with tax preparation, and support customers in person. You will conduct daily outbound outreach for collections and new business, handle delinquent accounts, and ensure accurate documentation in company systems.

This office-based role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to obtain required licensing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and requesting the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation in a high-volume environment.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax-related questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and handle cash and deposits.
