Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms and requesting business.
• Perform high-volume outbound calls for collections, follow-up, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and arrange payments.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax prep, and account questions.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records in company systems.
