Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales, collections or account management preferred.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by processing applications and explaining terms.
• Outbound calling for collections, tax services, and new business follow-up daily.
• Manage delinquent accounts and arrange payment plans.
• Assist customers in person with loan and tax services.
• Process payments, update accounts, and document activity.
• Maintain accurate records and complete bank runs when needed.
